At SRI LABS, our founding vision was to revolutionize the health and beauty industry by introducing innovative products that set a new standard. Our mission is to bridge the gap between future advancements and current needs. 

Initially focused on skincare, we soon identified a significant opportunity to transform the haircare industry, particularly with hair dryers. Despite their widespread use, hair dryers had seen little innovation in decades. We leveraged our skincare expertise to pioneer one of the first hair dryers featuring Red Light Therapy. 

Today, we continue to push boundaries, developing cutting-edge hair tools, supplements, and skincare that focus on scale health, and hair health. We collaborate with top scientists and universities nationwide, and we make the latest breakthrough in hair health accessible to everyone.

Dr. Ashley Magovern

Dermatology & Aesthetics

Dr. Ashley Magovern is a board-certified dermatologist and founder of Manhattan Dermatology in Manhattan Beach, California. A Georgetown graduate, she trained at Stanford, the University of Illinois (chief resident), UCSF, and Children’s Memorial Hospital. Formerly with Dr. Howard Murad, she now serves as Medical Director of Dermstore, a Key Opinion Leader for Allergan, and Brand Ambassador for Honest Beauty.

She also created her skincare line, glowMD Skincare, and lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband and two daughters.

Marisa Ameci, RN, CAN

Aesthetic Specialist 

Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California, Marisa Ameci graduated from La Reina High School (1999) and Los Angeles Pierce College (2010). With a background in home health nursing, she entered the aesthetics field in 2012 and trained under leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

Passionate about helping others look and feel their best, Ameci believes that “when you look good, you feel good.” Her approach to cosmetic treatments follows the motto: “Good work is not seen—you only notice the bad work.” She is one of only three RNs in Santa Clarita Valley certified as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS).

Beau Walker

Artificial Intelligence Scientist ·

Beau Walker is a lifelong inventor and data scientist with over a decade of experience developing innovative products and solutions. With deep expertise across technology, startups, R&D, and intellectual property, Beau brings both strategic and technical insight to his work.

He holds a JD in Intellectual Property Law from UC Irvine and has years of experience in patent drafting and IP strategy—contributing to hundreds of patentable inventions. As a data scientist, Beau specializes in AI, machine learning, data engineering, and analytics. He has built and led multiple technical teams and currently serves as VP of Data Science, Chief Data Scientist, or CTO for several clients.
